Shipping Charges and Delivery Expectations

 

Once you have bought and paid for your products, you'll want to get them delivered as soon as possible.  We aim to ship all products within 2 working days from when you place the order (in fact it is frequently done on the same day, but will typically depend on which of our warehouses the product is sitting in).

NOTE: The one exception to this at the moment is the Quooker range of products - please allow 5 working days for delivery of these.

 

We ship using Interlink Express / DPD  24 hour service. This means your products are delivered quickly, treated with care, and fully insured.

No-one enjoys waiting in all day for a delivery, so at no extra charge,

our standard service offers you the 1 hour delivery window.

You will receive a text and/or email telling you what time your delivery will arrive within a one hour time slot. If this doesn't suit, you have the option there and then to change your delivery day!

This service applies to mainland England, Wales and Scotland.

 

Delivery costs

 

The standard charge for packing, handling and delivery via DHL Express 24 per order is £5.99 (ex VAT) for all orders up to the value of £150.00 (ex VAT). Please note that this charge is less than it costs us: we subsidise this service.

 

For all orders over the value of £150.00 (ex VAT), we offer this service completely free of charge.

We also offer a Saturday delivery service, however we suggest you check stock with us before ordering.

The additional charge for this service is £15.00 excluding VAT.

This service applies to England, Wales and mainland Scotland only.
